Air entraining agent (foam stabilizer)
Performance
The air entraining agent is a powder and latex and refined by the special process, it is widely used in the building field as additive of sand pulp and concrete, and soluble in water easy and has a stronger chemical stability to acid, alkali and the hard water.
This product has a function to lower surface tension significantly, can produce a closed and individual bubbles; the frothing multiple increases and the bubbles are small and delicate, bubble stabilization time is up to 24 hours, can significantly improve the working performance of plastic concrete and improve the durability of hardened concrete, it is a very promising product of quality air-entraining agent in domestic concrete construction.

Applicable scope
1.Used in the concrete structure with the Requirements of high durability of concrete, such as water conservancy project, port and pier and roads and bridges, and other major projects;
2.Concrete roads and bridges with sprinkling salt in the north;
3.Concrete work with the requirement of high workability in construction;
4.Due to strong water-solubility, it has a strong composite performance with other additives, so it is an important component to prepare for pumping agent and other composite additives, such as pumping concrete;
5.Being compound with alkaline water can play a role to entrain air, improve workability, reduce bleeding and deep down, improve the durability of concrete and corrosion resistance.
6.Mix directly into mortar being 90% content, the mixed amount is 1.5—3%Kg; as to 30% content, the mixed amount is 2.5—3.5% or so.
Test method
Most simple test method: weigh 1 g of the product and put it into the common beverage bottle of 1.5L and weigh again 1,000 g of water, tightly closed lid, swing up and down ten times, then be still and observe.

Ordinary: weaving bag outside, plastic bag inside, net weight 25Kg; Export: plastic bag in triplex kraft paper bag, net weight 25Kg. Or as per request.
This product in powder absorbs moisture easily, immediately sealed well after use.
